Along with residents of south Seton, Seton Ridge residents will have exclusive access to the Seton Homeowners Association (SHOA). The 14,000 square foot facility will offer recreation for all seasons through events and programming throughout the facility features including a splash park, hockey rink, tennis courts and more.
